Palace of Luxembourg The Palace of Luxembourg is situated at the northern end of these amazing gardens in central Paris. The palace was built for Marie de Médicis the consort of Henri IV of France.

Luxembourg City History Museum This multi-level museum is housed in a group of former dwellings that have been restored in an old part of the city. The museum traces the city`s development over 1000 years since its origin in the tenth Century.

Chemin de la Corniche The Corniche has been described by a Luxembourg writer as`the most beauiful balcony in Europe`. This scenic promenade leads from the St Esprit plateau along the ramparts to the Bock promontory.

Oktave The Oktave is the main religious event in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and it lasts from the third to the fifth Sunday after Easter.

International Festival of Music This festival of classical music has taken place every year in the town of Echternach since it was established in 1975 by its director the famous pianist Cyprien Katsaris. The festival is held in May and June and it is one of the most important musical events in Luxembourg.
